I asked the universe for a cute little bookstore/café in Payson and here we are, lol! Noley's is that piece a quaint, historical town has long needed. A bookstore, an art space that supports local artists, a live music venue, a café with amazing drinks and food (and one that supports its local dairy), and even a little farmer's market. The bookstore actually carries self and indie pubbed books from local authors. The space is wide and welcoming. The staff is awesome too.

The jewel of Payson! Excellent coffee and delicious baked goods—all made in house. There’s even prepared foods to take out and fresh produce! Plus you can do your gift shopping, book buying and art browsing. There’s something for everyone and lots of comfortable spots to relax and visit with friends. This is a community supportive establishment that is just what Payson needed. ❤️ And all of the staff are super friendly and helpful.
